Things have been very busy for us of late and thus updating the website has been poor, however we are here and still going strong. Courses continue at a pace, with new partners joining in all the time, the main thrust over the last few months has been the creation of a new recipe book, we are currently proof reading it, and it will be off to the printers by the middle of the month, all very exciting!
As usual please get in touch if you would like a course, contact details remain the same and Mr Jones is waiting for your call.

We are all keeping very busy particularly now the Norfolk Food and Drink Festival 2014 is in full swing, we appeared at Holkham Hall on Saturday and Sunday and will be at The Forum this Saturday 6th September, hopefully cooking up something to hand out to all the lovely visitors, though if last Sunday is anything to go by, we need to cook more as it didn't seem to last long. We will also be at The Brecks, Swaffham on Sunday 14th and Saturday 20th and in addition we will making a first appearance at Gt Yarmouth on 26th,27th and 28th come along and say hello. We should be easy to spot as we have a shiny new gazebo!
In addition courses are running full pelt with all our usual organisations, our trainers are busy right across the county, September and into October is looking busier still but don't be put off, if you would like courses or are interested in any aspect of our work please feel free to e mail, phone or contact in any way you choose and we will do our best to help.

In other news we will be starting some one day training sessions for carers of those with learning disabilities, the day will feature some practical cookery skills followed by some input from a dietician, for further details please feel free to contact us using our contact information.

The cookery courses continue at their usual busy 'Spring' rate! we have many new venues and client groups just waiting for a chance to learn some new skills, this means we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to train as  Joy of Food trainers. We give training in Nutrition and Food Safety and 'on the job' training and help in presentation skills. The only qualifications needed are a great deal of enthusiasm, and some cookery experience either within the catering industry or as an accomplished home cook. For further details contact us using the heading above!
